In terms of design, we have many engineers who are well-versed in a wide range of areas including enclosure design, circuit design, program design, PLC software coding, and circuit board design. Our sheet metal factory is equipped with numerous qualified personnel (in factory sheet metal work, numerically controlled turret punching presses, machine sheet metal work, and metal coating work) and a wealth of equipment, allowing for flexible processing capabilities. For assembly, wiring, and inspection, we guarantee quality through wiring work and thorough inspections conducted by experienced workers. (We pride ourselves on our ability to flexibly respond to everything from custom items to mass-produced products, offering various proposals.) Additionally, we also accept orders for the production and sale of sheet metal only, as well as the manufacturing of small operation panels, NC high-voltage panels, and large system panels.

We handle repairs for products that suddenly stop working after long-term use, as well as regular maintenance aimed at long-term use. We perform everything from PLC and inverter updates on existing panels to trial operation adjustments. We can replace various types of mounted components on circuit boards. Handheld Fiber Laser Welding Machine Amada Model "FLW1500MT" in Use Fiber laser welding is a type of laser welding that uses light as a heat source, and it is a technology that enables particularly high-precision and high-density welding. There are various types of laser welding, including gas lasers, solid lasers, and liquid lasers, but fiber lasers are a type of solid laser that uses optical fiber as the amplification medium. Fiber laser welding has less thermal impact on materials compared to conventional TIG welding, significantly reducing burn and distortion, which allows for a beautiful finish. Additionally, it has a small diameter beam spot and high energy density, resulting in deeper penetration compared to TIG welding due to localized heating. The deeper penetration leads to a narrower weld bead, enabling high-strength welding, and it can accommodate a wide range of processing areas, including welding thick plates (t4.0) and thin plates of materials other than iron, such as stainless steel (SUS) and aluminum, with low distortion. *Due to the high intensity of the laser light in fiber laser welding, work must be conducted in a dedicated BOX chamber. For products that are too large to fit inside the chamber or have narrow structures that the handheld gun cannot reach, we will respond with conventional welding methods (TIG/CO2). We are engaged in the development and design of advanced electrical and electronic technologies. Our motion control and drive systems, which include Japan's first transistor servo, are renowned for their high technology and performance, boasting a top-class share in the field of marine fishing equipment in Japan. We also offer custom program design tailored to our customers' machinery. In addition to PLC software coding for companies such as Keyence, Mitsubishi Electric, Yaskawa Electric, and Omron, we handle program design using PC languages (C♯/C++/Python/VB) all the way through to trial operation adjustments. Furthermore, we are developing our own brand of servo motors, including the stepping servo motor "Si servo" and the positioning function integrated servo motor "CutyAxis." We provide FA proposals utilizing motion control technology unique to manufacturers.

Typhoon10 is an all-in-one controller that combines robustness to withstand harsh on-site environments with the functions necessary for the automation of FA equipment. It is equipped with a high-performance CPU and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, allowing for the utilization of development assets such as Visual Studio. It features PLC functionality, a proprietary motion engine from Sanmei, an HMI-compatible touch panel, and IoT device capabilities, enabling complete control of sequences, I/O, and motor axes in a single unit. With high-speed communication via MECHATROLINK-3, it is also compatible with the Σ-X series. Multi-axis specifications and various interfaces can be flexibly expanded.
