When inserting and pressing in connector pins of the press-fit type into the circuit board, there are rare instances where the connector pins do not enter the through holes properly and buckle, resulting in defects. Additionally, the pin length (p) of the press-fit connector is very short, and the difference from the buckled height (p2) is minimal, making it difficult to determine the quality. The "ESV-H10-II" is equipped with a 5-megapixel CCD camera and a telecentric lens, along with powerful special lighting, allowing for the capture of the insertion state of the pins within the through holes. The "ESV-7000" is a batch-type appearance inspection device with image recognition capabilities. Equipped with two cameras, an upper camera and a 360° rotating angled camera, it allows for automatic judgment from not only above but also from multiple angles at a diagonal 360°. ☆Metal Mask Appearance Inspection Device☆ ○Features 1. Inspection and length measurement functions for various types of stencil masks (SMT metal masks, suspended metal masks, emulsion-made masks, bump metal masks). 2. To accommodate inspections between each process, the master data for inspection can be generated not only from Gerber data but also from films and glass plates. 3. This is a next-generation function tester that integrates the previous functional testing machine (operational guarantee) and image inspection machine. In addition to functional testing (operational guarantee) of the workpiece, it controls display items such as LCDs with simulated signals and automatically inspects the displayed images and text using a camera. The functional test examines the operational guarantee of the workpiece (voltage measurement, frequency counting, load, flash writing, and display of items such as LCDs and segments).
