Our company is a flexible foundry manufacturer. Our features include: - Production of a wide variety of castings, from small quantities and single items (1 piece) to mass-produced castings (approximately 100 to 1000 pieces) - Specialization in the manufacturing of small to medium castings (80g to 200kg) with a diverse range of approximately 5000 items - Strict adherence to delivery deadlines, allowing for reliable planning of subsequent processes - Manufacturing materials: FC (200, 250, 300) FCD (450, 500, 600, 700) Special cast iron Stainless steel castings and special cast steel Aluminum alloys (AC4C) - Average employee age: 35 Since 2009, we have introduced 3D CAD/CAM and MC, enabling in-house integrated production from drawings to wooden patterns to castings. Additionally, we have launched the imono-RP (short delivery production system for castings), allowing us to produce castings in shorter lead times. We can now accelerate the speed of prototype development that previously took a long time. By adopting a production system utilizing IT technology, we can assist in reducing the total cost until the completion of our customers' products.
