We would like to introduce our clean room PM and CO2 transmitter, 'PMsenseCR (ISO14644 compliant).' Based on laser light scattering measurement, it counts and classifies fine particles according to their size, enabling monitoring of clean room environments as defined by the ISO14644 standard. The "HD50PM" is a product capable of measuring PM1.0, PM2.5, PM4.0, PM10, and representative particle sizes, as well as data logging.
