An embedded USB-RS232C conversion board that easily changes a system that only had RS232C connections to USB connections. The main features are (1) easy installation on the device panel with the included bracket, (2) the RS232 side connector can be selected from three types: VH connector (standard pressure), XH connector (standard pressure), and D-sub (9-pin) male, (3) the D-sub type can also use control signals, and (4) CBUS0,1 (Bit Bang Mode) can also be used as general-purpose input/output ports.

This is a CPU board with a built-in PoE (Power Over Ethernet) receiving circuit, configured with the standard H8/3069F + RTL8019AS, which can be used as a PoE terminal.
