Additionally, in the wire cutting process, the T-shaped stator part is processed to be divided into “-” and “I” shapes. After that, a bobbin is attached to the laminated iron core in the “I” shape, and copper flat wire is wound around it. This resolver undergoes processing by wire cutting after the electromagnetic steel sheets have been laminated and bonded in advance. Our laminated core's lamination bonding technology enables high-precision lamination bonding filled with unique know-how, and it is one of the technologies highly regarded by our customers. Additionally, this resolver required high precision. Therefore, we achieved high-precision wire cutting processing by dividing the cutting of each processing area into four stages. This is a mass-produced stator core. The material is 50A300, and it is used in power transmission devices. If you take a closer look at the overhead photo, you can see that it is laminated by performing round rivets in two places. In our company, for this type of riveting, we manufacture the stator core through lamination within the mold. We have received requests from customers to ensure the strength of the rivets and the vertical accuracy of the products as precisely as possible.
