This is a BLDC pump with a built-in driver. It can operate at a fixed rotation speed or control flow using an external signal. A driver-integrated model has been added to the WOB-L piston pump lineup. It features high pressure, long lifespan, and low power consumption. Previously, customers needed to provide a driver for the BLDC model, but with this model, you only need to provide a PWM signal for flow control if you want to use an input voltage of 24V or 48VDC, making it easy to integrate into your equipment.

The Thomas brand has added a 48VDC input BLDC model to the WOB-L piston 2680 series. In the case of AC motors, the motor speed is fixed at 1,350rpm at 50Hz and 1,700rpm at 60Hz, and as the load increases, the speed decreases, resulting in reduced flow. In the BLDC motor model, the speed can go up to 2,250rpm, and with PWM signal speed control, variable control is possible from 1,250rpm to 2,250rpm, allowing for precise flow control with speed output.
