Aggregation taps capture traffic in full-duplex mode, but there is a possibility of drops occurring on the capture port. The receiving PC needs to have two NICs, but it can capture packets of all sizes and types from layers 1 to 7, including low-level errors and VLAN traffic, without any packet loss.
