FireCore is an IP core that integrates PHY and link layer controller (LLC) cores into a single IP product.

FireCore integrates the PHY and link layer requirements necessary for common 1394 devices into a single IP core. Based on the FireGate PHY IP core and FireLink LLC IP core, FireCore is designed to support data rates from S100 to S3200 and various host interfaces such as generic, OHCI, and OHCI (with AS5643 option). DapTechnology's FireGate PHY Layer Core

FireGate is an IP core that complies with IEEE-1394b and supports all AS5643 requirements.

Advantages of implementing a complete 1394 I/O interface using FPGA Standalone solution: By combining PHY IP with link layer IP, it is possible to create smaller products. Additional components can be added to create a system-on-chip (SoC) solution. Flexible number of ports: Commercially available PHY chips have a fixed number of ports, which is often excessive for small peripherals. On the other hand, host adapters are likely to benefit from three or more ports, and hubs can have even more ports. In the case of PHY based on FPGA technology, users can customize the number of ports as needed. Optional debugging and testing features: Optionally, debugging and testing features such as BERT (Bit Error Rate Testing) can be included. Field upgradable: The FPGA used is field-upgradable, allowing new features and bug fixes to be added even when the device is already in the field. Cost-effective ASICs: Once the design is complete, the IP solution provides a very cost-effective way to spin custom ASICs.

The FireSpy810, FireSpy410b, and FireSpy410bT bus analyzers are second-generation IEEE-1394 analyzers from Dap Technology. The FireDiagnostics Suite is software used in conjunction with Dap Technology's FireSpy. This software integrates 1394 analysis, simulation, and interface tools for a wide range of applications. In addition to hardware-assisted analyzer tools such as monitors, recorders, generators, commanders, scriptwriters, and Mil1394 signal monitors, this suite also provides a set of software tools designed to integrate FireSpy products into various test applications. The FireDiagnostics Suite is created through an application programming interface (API), and applications for the FireSpy analyzer equipped with interfaces for development environments such as C/C++ and LabVIEW TM on Microsoft Windows OS are highly flexible. DapTechnology MIL1394 Repeater

The MIL1394 repeater is a solution for cable extension.

MIL1394, like the commercial IEEE1394 FireWire, has limitations on the length of the connection cable. Therefore, to extend a 1394 connection, it is necessary to use thicker wires or add signal repeaters. DapTechnology's FireStealth810bN is the world's first "stealth mode" IEEE-1394b analyzer equipped with non-intrusive bus monitoring technology. HOLT's world's smallest MIL-STD-1553 protocol IC

The MAMBA series features a 6mm x 6mm MIL-STD-1553 terminal (SPI interface).

The MAMBA series consists of 3.3V CMOS devices that provide a host processor and MIL-STD-1553B bus interface. Each IC includes BC, MT, and RT, allowing for simultaneous operation with any combination of 1553 functions. Valid terminals communicate with the MIL-STD-1553 bus via a shared on-chip dual bus transceiver and external transformers. There are four types based on functionality: - HI-6138: BC, MT, RT - HI-6137: BC, RT - HI-6136: MT, RT - HI-6135: RT Users can allocate 16KByte (8K×17Bit words) of on-chip SRAM between devices according to application requirements. Holt Corporation ARINC 429 Line Driver HI-8597

HI-8597 is a 3.3V single-supply ARINC 429 line driver with built-in lightning protection circuitry.

The HI-8597 is a 3.3V single-supply ARINC 429 line driver equipped with internal lightning protection circuitry. The internal lightning protection circuitry allows compliance with RTCA/DO-160G, Section 22 Level 3. The internal 37.5Ω resistance for each output enables direct connection to the ARINC 429 bus. Additionally, this device includes a dual-polarity voltage doubler, allowing it to operate with just four external capacitors using a single +3.3V power supply. Other features include a high-impedance output (tri-state) when both data inputs are high, enabling multiple line drivers to be connected to a common bus. The bus pin has built-in 8kV ESD input protection (HBM), while all other pins are equipped with 6kV functionality. All logic inputs are compatible with 5V or 3.3V. The HI-8597 line driver is intended for use when there is a need to convert logic signals to ARINC 429 levels, such as when using FPGAs or the HI-3586 ARINC 429 protocol IC.

HI-35930/31/32/33 is a CMOS device for directly connecting SPI-compatible microcontrollers to the ARINC 429 bus.

The HI-35930 from Holt is a CMOS integrated circuit designed to connect SPI-compatible microcontrollers to the ARINC 429 serial bus. This device features two receivers, each with user-programmable label recognition for any combination of 256 possible labels, a 32×32 receive FIFO, three priority label quick access double buffer registers, and an analog line receiver. Both line receivers meet the lightning protection requirements of RTCA/DO-160G, Section 22, Level 3. The independent transmitter includes a 32×32 transmit FIFO and an integrated line driver. The line driver operates on a single 3.3V power supply and includes an on-chip DC/DC converter that generates the bipolar ARINC 429 differential voltage levels necessary to directly drive the ARINC 429 bus. The status of the transmit and receive FIFOs and the priority label buffer can be monitored using a programmable external interrupt pin or by polling the status register.

The HI-3582A/83A is a CMOS device designed to directly connect a 16-bit parallel data bus to an ARINC 429 bus.

The Holt HI-3582A/HI-3583A is a CMOS device designed to directly interface a 16-bit parallel data bus with an ARINC 429 serial bus. Compared to the previous HI-3582/HI-3583 products, the HI-3582A/HI-3583A offers a high-speed host CPU interface. This device provides two receivers with label recognition, a 32×32 FIFO, and an analog line receiver. Up to 16 labels can be programmed for each receiver. The independent transmitter includes a 32×32 FIFO and a built-in line driver. The status of all three FIFOs can be monitored using external status pins or by polling the HI-3582A/HI-3583A status register. Other features include a programmable option for the 32nd bit to be either data or parity, and the ability to unscramble 32-bit words.

Holt Company Insulated Discrete - Digital HI-8400

A robust solution for detecting OPEN/GND and 28V/OPEN discrete signals.

The HI-8400 is an isolated 4-channel discrete-digital sensor designed to output sensor data via SPI or a parallel bus interface. The isolation provides 800V of separation between each sensor and the logic interface, making it an ideal device for systems that need to accommodate various grounds. Each input can be individually pin-configured as GND/OPEN or 28V/OPEN. The discrete input thresholds comply with Airbus ABD0100H and MIL-STD-704 specifications. This device operates with a digital power supply of 3.3V (±5%) or 5.0V (±5%) for each isolated sensor and a 28V analog power supply. When GND/OPEN mode is selected on its pin, a 1mA wetting current is supplied from the input network of each SENSE input. The wetting current helps prevent dry relay or switch contacts. The sensor output interrupt pin alerts the system to changes in the sensor input, avoiding the need for regular polling via SPI to check the status.
