MIL-STD-810 is a laboratory testing standard that simulates harsh environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, altitude, vibration, shock, and water resistance for U.S. defense equipment. It is not necessary to conduct tests for all items; instead, the test items and content can be selected based on the environmental specifications required for the product being used. It is common to list the Method number, Procedure number, and a brief test value of the items that passed the MIL-STD-810 tests in the environmental performance section of the data sheet. A clear explanation with illustrations will be provided.

MIL-STD-461 is a military standard that establishes the limits and test procedures for electromagnetic interference (EMI) in military equipment. EMI consists of unwanted signals, or "noise," generated by electronic devices. Controlling EMI is extremely important in military applications, as it can cause interference with other equipment or lead to detection by the enemy. The IP standard is a system that represents the protection levels against the ingress of foreign solid objects and water. These standards will be explained clearly with illustrations.
