The DC-DC converter series ROD Modular offers unprecedented versatility as an external vehicle converter. It is available in two power classes, 120W and 200W, both in the same form factor, with a common vehicle battery voltage of 24VDC. The output voltage (VOUT) is factory-set to 12V, 15V, 19V, 24V, 28V, or 48V. The AC/DC adapter AC300 is a new load design based on LLC topology that supports a maximum power of 300W. The LLC resonant topology enables zero-voltage switching of the main switch, significantly reducing switching losses. Additionally, synchronous rectification control on the secondary side improves efficiency. Using an LLC resonant converter, efficiencies of over 98% can be achieved. In addition to the above, this MIL power supply features the best EMC characteristics compliant with MIL-STD-461G and operates within a frequency range of 50Hz, 60Hz, and 400Hz. The hardened and powder-coated aluminum chassis enhances dust resistance, vibration resistance, and water resistance, meeting the environmental requirements of MIL-STD-810H.
