In July 2023, the 10-meter anechoic chamber at the EMC Lab (formerly known as SEIWA EMC Technical Center) located within the headquarters factory in Joyo City, Kyoto Prefecture, was accredited as an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 testing laboratory. This accreditation allows for a one-stop service from preliminary testing to the creation of EMC compliance test reports. In conjunction with this, we have started accepting applications for "EMC compliance testing" using the same facility. With a robust system supported by various countermeasure materials and experienced staff, we can conduct both preliminary tests and compliance tests in the same environment. We offer environmentally friendly coating solutions that reduce VOCs. <Hydrophilic/Inorganic/Water-based Coating Agent (Under Development)> ■ A transparent inorganic film composed of silica and titania ■ Super hydrophilic with a water contact angle of less than 10 degrees ■ Self-cleaning and anti-fogging effects due to super hydrophilicity ■ Prevention of powder adhesion through static electricity control is also possible <Examples of Effects of Hydrophilic Inorganic Coating Agents> 〇 Anti-fogging A glass is placed over a beaker filled with hot water. The coated surface does not fog up as the steam forms a water film. 〇 Anti-drip Water droplets are sprayed onto the glass.
