We would like to introduce the inspection system 'BoRoS IV', which has over 15 years of proven results in manufacturing environments with low production quantities, utilizing the introduction of the first model. This product is a linear bottle rotation device that accurately inspects the entire circumference of the bottle's nozzle and body by simply flowing the bottles and rotating them in front of a camera. Compared to methods that involve installing multiple inspection machines in a straight line without rotating the bottles or using rotary (index) pocket transport for rotation, it offers several advantages: - "Reduced number of cameras and lights, leading to cost savings" - "Less adjustment needed for the inspection equipment, allowing for easier management" - "Simple structure that makes adjustment and maintenance easy" - "Minimal changeover parts, enabling quick product changeovers" These strengths ensure stable inspection of the entire circumference. *Scheduled for release this spring* A culmination of 40 years dedicated to real-time processing. Achieving the industry's fastest real-time processing at 300 frames/sec and 3.3 msec/frame. Additionally, by adding an optional image compression communication board and building an external NAS_HDD, the digital camera checker MCC-8000S will be able to save all images captured during inspections.
