What we require from you is approximately 50μL of sample. (Sample volume can be discussed.) In the case of culture supernatant, the exosome concentration may be low, so please provide a sample that is as concentrated as possible. For serum, we have a track record of being able to analyze with 50μL, but depending on the sample, there may be a low number of particles. In such cases, we may request additional samples.
