For head troubles that are not resolved, ATA's head maintenance program aims to investigate and eliminate the causes. There is no need for time, cost, or procedures to return the printer mechanism to the head manufacturer through the IJP manufacturer, making it very quick and economical. To avoid stopping the printer while we have the print head, we will send a replacement head in advance for easy head replacement. This program minimizes downtime due to maintenance, so you can feel secure.
