For wire cutting processing, it is necessary to adjust by inserting shims to ensure the workpiece is parallel. The parallelism of the workpiece has a significant impact on the final product finish, so the processor spends a lot of time on this setup. It is a time-consuming and tedious task. However, since the machine is not operating during setup, from a management perspective, it is preferable to minimize the time spent on this... The solution to this is our designed and developed leveling base, the "PAD series"!
