Our company exhibited at the "Next Generation 3D Printer Exhibition (Japan Manufacturing World)" held at Tokyo Big Sight (Tokyo International Exhibition Center). Over the three days, we had a successful turnout with many visitors, providing a great opportunity to spark interest in our products through the display of the CSLA-9000, which boasts the largest build size in our history, as well as models of the cost-effective photopolymer resins TSR-851/TSR-852, which are priced inexpensively compared to material costs, and the actual display of the large industrial photopolymerization device CSLA-9000. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the customers who visited our CMET booth despite their busy schedules, as well as to the stakeholders who provided their cooperation. ◆◆◆ Exhibition Details ◆◆◆ 1. In recent years, with the spread of 3D printers, the available materials have been advancing in functionality. As a result, the role of 3D printers in the manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly important. However, along with the advancement in functionality, the prices of 3D printer materials have been rising. The "SCM-1800" is a large sand mold additive manufacturing device suitable for the production of main molds and cores, boasting a build speed of approximately 18 seconds per layer, from prototyping to mass production. This product achieves high dimensional accuracy and can create molds as thin as approximately 2mm, allowing for pouring not only aluminum but also high-melting metals such as cast steel and cast iron. We have started selling the resin 'TSR-851', which enables high-precision and high-detail modeling at half the price of conventional light-curing resin. In recent years, with the spread of 3D printers, the available materials have become more advanced. However, alongside this advancement, the prices of recent 3D printer materials have also risen significantly.
