Air Leak Tester for Micro Volume Work 【FLZ-0220-A4+LPU-300】 This is the FLZ-0220, a separate type leak tester designed for controlling the pneumatic unit LPU-300. It features a high-performance controller "FLZ-0220" and an ultra-compact detection unit "LPU-300" that minimizes the piping volume to the limit, allowing it to be placed very close to the test specimen (inspection target: workpiece).
