This is the FLZ-0220 for controlling the LPU-300 pneumatic unit of the separate type leak tester. The high-performance controller "FLZ-0220" minimizes the piping volume to the limit and allows the ultra-compact detection unit "LPU-300" to be placed close to the test specimen (inspection target: workpiece). This combination detects "micro leaks," which were buried in noise with conventional testers, with high precision and high speed. The LPU-300 series is the smallest measurement unit in Fukuda's history, making it ideal for direct attachment to as small a workpiece as possible for measurement. The "LPU-300 series" is the smallest measurement unit in Fukuda's history, making it ideal for direct attachment to as small a workpiece as possible. It can achieve higher measurement sensitivity compared to conventional all-in-one leak testers (depending on measurement conditions). The "LPU-100 / LPU-024 series" is used as a separate air leak tester in combination with display units (MI-170 / MIZ-0175 / DG-960).
