We will be exhibiting our CRM system "Kaizen Call," which specializes in after-support to enhance corporate value and brand image, at the "Call Center/CRM Demo & Conference 2023 in Tokyo," held on November 9 (Thursday) and 10 (Friday), 2023.
At our booth, we will showcase "Kaizen Call," our in-house developed CRM system focused on after-support to improve corporate value and brand image, which was announced in September. Kaizen Call is a simple and easy-to-use system that significantly reduces the operator's ACW (After Call Work), which can take a considerable amount of time with complex CRM systems.
At the exhibition booth, we will conduct demonstrations to experience the easy operation of Kaizen Call and provide hands-on experience with advanced analytical features using OpenSearch.
