This product was born from our company's linear encoder detection technology. It detects the magnetic field of the N and S poles and outputs the rotational movement as pulses. Using a two-pole magnet, it achieves a detection distance (the gap between the sensor and the magnetic body) of 8mm ± 2mm. It allows for eccentricity within Φ1mm (±0.5mm). Due to the lack of mechanical connections, it is resistant to vibration and shock, making it suitable for use in rotating parts of robotic arms and construction machinery without coupling. Additionally, due to the absence of resistance, it can also be applied to tension control for films and paper.
