**Electrification of Thermal Equipment** In an uncertain future for energy supply, we are responding to high-efficiency electrification based on proven thermal equipment (combustion furnaces) to offer multiple options to our customers as an industrial furnace manufacturer. □ Our electric hot air generator (AH-E) can be substituted for our gas combustion type, allowing for electrification without significant changes to the equipment layout. **Hybrid Heating of Electric and Combustion Types** We have numerous achievements not only in full electrification of thermal equipment but also in hybrid heating that combines the advantages of combustion types. We address challenges such as "securing green power, reducing costs, and ensuring power capacity" through hybrid solutions with combustion types. In addition to enhancing the efficiency of electric systems, we can also implement energy-saving systems that utilize waste heat for gas burners. The melting gas burner employs a hydrogen burner and electric heaters for retention! It is a hybrid furnace that enables carbon neutrality. By exchanging burner components, you can switch between fuel gases (hydrogen/LNG (natural gas)/LPG), allowing for adaptability based on gas supply trends. Additionally, the furnace structure has a high oxide suppression effect, which you can verify in actual operation. We are committed to solving problems in aluminum casting sites and promoting low carbonization.
