Customer case in the transportation industry: Solving the problem of storing data with legal retention periods.

The equipment used by our customer in the transportation industry, which handles not only domestic but also international logistics, is the NEC Express5800/R120g-1E. The server that stores data with a legally mandated retention period is out of maintenance, and the manufacturer has provided a quote that is not realistic, so discussions have stalled. Therefore, we proposed a "temporary maintenance" solution. After discussing their needs, they decided to contract for maintenance for five years this time. In the case of a multi-year contract, we will also provide the necessary maintenance parts for the following years in the first year, which allows us to avoid shortages of repair parts during the contract period. The 5×10 board weighs approximately 230 kg, and the 5×20 board weighs about 460 kg, making them lightweight and easy to install and remove even with small machinery, which is a notable feature for maneuverability in narrow sites. Metal cracks are one of the concerns in equipment maintenance operations.
