While it is common to enhance the cooling and chip removal properties of coolant, this new cutting method differs from conventional high-pressure coolants by using the injection force of ultra-high-pressure coolant (7MPa to 30MPa) to accelerate chip breakage in areas where chip fragmentation (cutting) is not possible, thereby reducing tool heating and improving cutting speed.
