Dressing Effect of Grinding Wheels: Achieving dressing of the grinding wheel on the work surface through ultra-high pressure discharge while grinding.
Significantly reduces the number of diamond dressings for grinding wheels in grinding processes due to high-pressure discharge. High-pressure discharge ⇒ Removal of clogging ⇒ Reduction in dressing frequency ◎ Discharging behind the grinding point allows for processing without interruption. ◎ Changes in grinding wheel diameter are minimized, reducing dimensional corrections. ※※ Dressing effect of grinding wheels with ultra-high-pressure coolant ※※ With HPR dressing, the diamond dressing that was previously performed every 140 workpieces is no longer necessary until exceeding 2000 workpieces.
