Universal Precision Internal Grinding Machine YIG-20-MSA (Internal grinding for diameters of 8φ or less)
A general-purpose precision internal grinding machine with push-button analog control that maximizes the benefits of manual operation; both new and remanufactured machines are eligible for the "Monozukuri Subsidy."
The YIG-15SA is one of the larger models. The YIG-20MSA has a maximum grinding range of 200φ, which is +50φ larger, and the spindle can tilt by +15° (half-angle) as standard. It is favored by tool factories and grinding processing companies that perform grinding of gauges and jigs. The center height of the spindle and grinding wheel spindle is 1120mm. Like the YIG-15SA, the YIG-20MSA is designed to allow the operator to lean in and easily operate the handles and levers while observing the processing situation, which is highly appreciated. Additionally, it allows one operator to work with multiple machines, typically 2 to 3 units. The MSA model offers a choice between a "semi-automatic grinding cycle" for processing single items and a "fully automatic grinding cycle" for continuous processing of identical items. It is suitable for low-volume production of various types, typically 100 to 300 pieces.

【Features】 ○ The diameter of the grinding wheel used is 90% or less of the processing inner diameter. ○ A spindle with a rotation speed suitable for the processing inner diameter, along with a scroll chuck or hydraulic chuck, is required separately. ○ The maximum rotation speed of the belt-driven, grease-lubricated spindle is 40,000 rpm, and for oil mist lubrication, it is 60,000 rpm. ○ For inner diameter grinding of 8φ or less, if a grinding wheel rotation speed of 60,000 rpm or more is required, please contact us.
