Substrate Power Supply Inspection System 'TY-CHECKER DS401AT'

The printed circuit board electrical testing machine can perform high-frequency testing automatically/semi-automatically (continuity testing, insulation testing, four-terminal testing, micro-short detection).

The "TY-CHECKER DS401 (AT)" is a powered inspection system that adds X-direction movement (horizontal movement) to the conventional Y-direction step and repeat transport. Ultra-fine line high-density FPC (high-precision flexible printed circuit board)

Ultra-fine lines, high density, and high-resolution flexible printed circuit boards have made it possible to form ultra-fine circuits through the integration of MSAP technology and via filling techniques!

The miniaturization and high functionality of electronic devices are advancing, and along with this, there is a demand for finer circuit formation. One method for forming wiring by etching copper foil (subtractive method) and a high-resolution circuit formation method involves forming wiring on ultra-thin copper foil through plating (semi-additive method). The method we are introducing this time is one of the semi-additive processes called "MSAP (Modified Semi Additive Process)." By using the MSAP method, it has become possible to form ultra-fine and high-density patterns that are difficult to achieve with the subtractive method. Additionally, by combining it with the "via filling technology" that fills through-hole holes with copper plating, it becomes possible to create wiring on the through-holes as well, further increasing wiring density. **Features of the MSAP Method** - Circuit formation through plating deposition enables high-precision fine wiring. - Excellent rectangularity of wiring cross-sections contributes to reduced transmission loss. - Superior for high-frequency substrates/IC mounting. In public construction civil engineering sites, there are many instances where sheets are used as common temporary facilities, such as construction roads, access roads, heavy machinery work yards, material storage areas, and worker pathways. Traditionally, steel plates were common, but due to their weight, transportation and installation can be cumbersome. Hyper CLT sheets are civil engineering materials made from wooden CLT for civil engineering use. The 5×10 sheet weighs about 230 kg, and the 5×20 sheet weighs about 460 kg, making them lightweight and easy to transport, install, and remove, even with small machinery. They can be widely utilized for temporary roads, heavy machinery scaffolding, pathways within the site, and protection of material storage in public works. Since they are made of wood, they also contribute to environmental aspects such as reducing summer heat reflection, lowering noise, and fixing CO2. They can simultaneously address construction efficiency, safety measures, and environmental considerations, making them effective for innovative proposals in public works. Furthermore, they improve transportation efficiency and reduce labor in site operations as an alternative to steel plates. Hyper CLT sheets are registered technology with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism under NETIS "TH-250021-A."
