It is easy to culture three-dimensional cell aggregates (spheroids) with almost uniform shape and size. Differentiation induction is also possible through long-term culture. The usage is simple.

The features of the three-dimensional cell aggregate (spheroid/embryoid body) culture and differentiation induction microplate "TASCL" are as follows: 1. It allows for the mass three-dimensional culture of cell aggregates with nearly uniform shape, size, and quality at once. Approximately 600 cell aggregates can be cultured in TASCL 6WELL 600, and about 1000 in TASCL 6WELL 1000. 2. The bottom surface of the micro-well is perforated, enabling the circulation of culture media and gases to the cells through the culture insert, allowing for prolonged and optimal culture of the cell aggregates. 3. Long-term culture of cell aggregates for more than one month is possible, and differentiation induction can be performed using the same equipment. 4. The high-density well structure reduces the amount of culture media and reagents needed, leading to savings. 5. The wells are treated with a cell adhesion-inhibiting coating (valid for two years from the date of manufacture). They are gamma-irradiated, allowing for immediate use upon opening. 6. Cell seeding is simply done by evenly dropping a cell suspension from above. Centrifugation is unnecessary, and media exchange is also easy. 7. Made from a permeable material, it allows for the observation of cells using an inverted microscope from the bottom while culturing cells in TASCL.

Single item of TASCL micro well plates. There are two types: 1000 wells or 600 wells, with the 1000 wells capable of culturing approximately 1,000 or about 600 cell clusters. *The 600 wells will be available starting January 2025, and the 1000 wells are scheduled for release after March 2025. The product is affixed to a PET sheet and sealed in a sterilization bag. It can be removed from the PET sheet using tweezers and placed on any desired equipment (such as culture inserts or petri dishes) or gels for use. The micro well plates are coated with a cell adhesion suppression coating (effective for two years from manufacture) and are sterilized by gamma radiation (25kGy to 50kGy) before being sealed in the sterilization bag.

This product includes a culture insert and a TASCL micro well plate set in a dish. It can achieve a culture environment equivalent to a TASCL 6-well plate with just one TASCL micro well plate. The TASCL micro well plate comes in two types: 1000 wells or 600 wells, with the 1000 wells capable of culturing approximately 1,000 or about 600 cell aggregates. *The 600 wells will be available starting January 2025, and the 1000 wells are scheduled for release after March 2025. The outer diameter of the dish is 51 mm, the inner diameter is 36 mm, the depth is 16.3 mm, and the gap between the culture insert and the bottom is 5 mm. The micro wells and culture insert are coated with a cell adhesion suppression coating (effective for two years from manufacturing), and they are sterilized by gamma radiation (25 kGy to 50 kGy) and sealed in sterilization bags as a set of 6 well plates.

Adapter for placing culture inserts in a 35mm dish (height 1cm). When combined with the TASCL mesh, it allows for the cultivation of a single TASCL micro-well plate. This product needs to be sterilized before use and can be reused multiple times after sterilization with an autoclave or similar method. For experiments that require repeated cultivation of a single TASCL micro-well plate, preparing multiple commercially available 35mm dishes, commercially available culture inserts, and TASCL meshes, and sterilizing the culture insert adapter for multiple uses can make the experiment more cost-effective. Compatibility confirmed only with Greiner ThinCert, for 6 wells. The photo shows the main body attached to a 35mm dish.
