The Great Magnet is a specialized machine designed to remove magnetic foreign substances from powder materials. It uses a powerful rod-shaped magnet and is designed to efficiently bring the passing raw material powder into contact with the magnet, allowing for the precise removal of tiny iron particles, fine iron powder, stainless steel powder, and other magnetic contaminants present in the raw materials. The magnets used can be selected from various types, with the strongest capable of generating a magnetic force exceeding 17,000 gauss (1.7 tesla) at the surface. Additionally, the magnetic poles are designed to be as close together as possible, resulting in higher removal efficiency compared to other products with wider pole gaps. The standard surface material is SUS304, but considering resistance to acid, alkali, and chemicals, it can also be manufactured in various materials such as SUS316, SUS316L, titanium, and others upon consultation. Surface hardening treatment can also be applied to enhance wear resistance. Heat resistance can also be incorporated into the magnets, allowing for the production of products that can be used in high-temperature environments up to 380 degrees.
