Companies considering follow-up training for new employees.

Several months have passed since joining the company, and many of you may have become accustomed to the workplace and started to gain confidence as you gradually take on more responsibilities. However, on the other hand, there are concerns about losing confidence due to mistakes at work, feeling the gap between yourself and your peers, a decline in motivation stemming from the gap between pre-employment ideals and reality, and a relaxation of focus due to becoming accustomed to the job.
Additionally, the speed of intentions to change jobs is increasing year by year. According to a survey conducted six months after joining, about 40% of employees are considering a job change, and there are survey results indicating that a reason for changing jobs is "not feeling a sense of purpose or significance in the work," making employee retention an issue for companies.
In this training, we will focus on job crafting (how to approach work, how to interact with others, and how to perceive work). By fostering a sense of purpose in each individual's work and developing a proactive attitude, we aim to enhance job satisfaction and a sense of achievement. Furthermore, through interactions with peers, we can deepen bonds and grow while inspiring each other.
