Seiko Epson Corporation announced its "Environmental Vision 2050" in June 2008, aiming to reduce CO2 emissions throughout the product and service lifecycle to one-tenth by 2050, and actively engages in environmental activities such as restoring and conserving biodiversity in collaboration with local communities. Since June 2009, the company has also initiated joint delivery operations with Epson Sales Corporation and Canon Marketing Japan Inc., expanding its CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities across the group, with the goal of reducing CO2 emissions and improving logistics efficiency. The innovative simulator tool RaLC has been enhanced with many new features. The new feature "Logistics Workflow" standardizes all processes including "Receiving," "Storage," "Picking," "Inspection," "Sorting," and "Shipping," eliminating complex modeling tasks. With intuitive operability and workflow functions specialized for logistics operations, RaLC has evolved even further. There is a CSV automatic generation feature that allows existing data such as receiving data and picking data to be used as is, and initial inventory data is also automatically generated from picking data. There is no longer a need to manually add sorting data settings to the simulation master file.
