Case Study on the Introduction of Donaldson Process Filters at a Craft Beer Brewery (Overview)

At the brewery in Kochi Prefecture, they were considering not only serving beer at the restaurant adjacent to the factory but also offering it in cans with a longer shelf life and allowing for room temperature distribution. In addition to the clarification process, a sterilization process was also necessary, but they were exploring non-thermal methods to avoid compromising flavor.
