[Seminar] Why do future consumers have those "desires"?

[Instructor]

[Key Lecture Content]
The evolution of AI and environmental changes due to global warming are rapidly rewriting the common sense of the past. To understand consumers, it is crucial to anticipate "changes in values" and predict "future desires." Dentsu's Desire Design views hit content as a "mirror reflecting the latent future changes in values and desires" and has developed an analytical method called "FUKAYOMI," which combines data from social listening and insights from Dentsu planners. We have predicted how hit content responds to people's various "desires," the impact it has on values, and what new "desires" may emerge in the future, culminating in a published book. In this seminar, we will introduce this content and highlight the "future desires" that traditional research methods have struggled to capture.
