Shinkei of "Awatori Rentaro" has launched a new product, the self-rotation and revolution mixer ARE-312. Compared to conventional self-rotation and revolution mixers, it has enhanced stirring and defoaming capabilities, allows for log storage via PC connection, and facilitates smoother examination of stirring conditions. The rotation and revolution method combined with vacuum degassing functionality allows for simultaneous mixing and defoaming/deairing, enabling the removal of bubbles down to the sub-micron level. Additionally, due to the centrifugal force generated during revolution, there is no spillage of materials during operation. The "ARC-55H" is a manual filling machine that allows for efficient filling operations from small capacity syringes to large capacity syringes without bubbles. It accommodates a variety of syringes including 3mL, 5mL 10mL, 20mL, 30mL, 50mL, and 55mL, and can fill up to four syringes at once. (For 20mL to 55mL, it can fill a maximum of two syringes at a time.)
