当社は本硫化スズの微細化プロセスを新たに開発することにより、高い分散性を持った硫化スズ粒子の開発に成功しました。水を溶媒として用いた5wt%硫化スズ分散液を例にあげると、流体力学的直径は256.8nmのナノ粒子を有し、透過率は0.04%、ゼータ電位-44mVと高い分散性を示しています。17時間の沈殿テストにおいても、流体力学的直径1086.6nmを有する5wt%硫化スズ分散液の比較例が17時間後沈殿しているのに対し、本5wt%硫化スズ分散液は17時間後も分散状態を維持することが実証されました。 主な使用用途としては二次電池の負極材を想定しています。硫化スズをLIBの負極に使用した場合、硫化スズの理論容量は体積あたりで黒鉛の4.7倍、質量あたりで黒鉛の2.1倍となります。体積あたりの実放電容量においては、当社の硫化スズはシリコン系負極材に並ぶ高容量負極材です。かつ、高速充放電性能に優れていることも報告されています。また、硫化スズを構成する元素は硫黄と錫であることから自然界に豊富に存在し、量産時のコストダウンが期待されます。お気軽にお問合せ下さい!

When using tin sulfide as the negative electrode material for lithium-ion batteries, the theoretical capacity of tin sulfide is 4.7 times that of graphite by volume and 2.1 times that of graphite by mass.
