*Reproduction of Compression In GTP-2, it is possible to use pestles and mortars of different diameters. By using a mortar with a diameter of 5mm against a maximum load of 500kg, it is possible to reproduce the same pressure as when a 10mm diameter mortar is used at 2t. *Evaluation of Slipperiness By measuring Detachment Stress and Ejection Stress, slipperiness can be quantified. The slipperiness changes according to the amount of lubricant used, but the hardness that changes simultaneously can also be evaluated in the same process, which is a feature of GTP-2. *Measurement of Work Amount In GTP-2, the load information per position of the pestle is recorded at each stage, allowing for the quantification of the work amount generated during the tablet compression. This also enables the quantification of Elastic Recovery (elastic recovery energy).

Hot Melt Extrusion solid dispersions can be prepared on a small scale without loss of sample!

We will reproduce pellets equivalent to those made with Hot Melt Extrusion on a small scale without any loss of samples. By using VCM, it becomes possible to conduct Hot Melt Extrusion verification in a small tabletop space.

Dissolution and membrane permeability can be evaluated simultaneously in the final dosage form! It is also used for predicting biological equivalence tests!

This is a system that combines the Pion Corporation's Rainbow with the dedicated Macro FLUX (Bio FLUX) module and the corresponding dissolution tester. By using two probes from the Rainbow, it is possible to measure dissolution on the donor side of the dissolution tester's vessel and absorption on the acceptor side of the dedicated chamber. Unlike µFLUX, this system allows testing in the final dosage forms such as tablets and capsules. The difference between MacroFLUX and BioFLUX lies in the testing volume. MacroFLUX uses a 1,000 mL vessel, while BioFLUX aims for testing with a volume closer to that of a living organism, using a 500 mL vessel.

About ROAD: The "Roundtable on the Purpose of Autonomous Driving (ROAD)" conference series has evolved into a unique platform for interdis-ciplinary dialogue and international collaboration in the field of autonomous driving and autonomous mobility. The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry will publish "Guidelines on the Interpretation and Application of Civil Liability in AI Utilization" in April 2026, and the Ministry of Justice will also establish an expert meeting to examine civil liability related to unauthorized use of images and voices generated by AI in the same month. As the full enforcement of the AI Promotion Act and the revision of AI guidelines are underway, it is necessary to design and operate governance based on the potential responsibilities that may arise retrospectively. In this seminar, based on the guidelines from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and drawing on litigation practice experience as a judge and lawyer, we will organize the basic framework for assessing civil liability and explain fundamental methods for designing and operating governance based on risk analysis.
