[Speaker]
Hajime Hiraki, Representative Director and Innovation Consultant, Chemistry Cube Inc.
[Key Lecture Content]
In recent years, the evolution of generative AI has been remarkable, leading to its adoption by many companies and bringing about innovative changes in the field of intellectual work. In R&D as well, the utilization of generative AI is steadily progressing; however, many cases are observed where the results are limited to operational efficiency and do not lead to the essential outcomes of value creation.
In this lecture, we will structurally organize the divergence points between R&D that yields results and R&D that does not, and consider the differences. Furthermore, we will introduce key points for the introduction of generative AI aimed at enhancing the value creation capability of R&D, along with specific practical approaches to converting technology into value.
