[Seminar] No more worries! Guidance and legal responses to monster employees.
[Key Lecture Content]
If there are employees in your company who cause ongoing issues such as job negligence, lack of ability, or interpersonal conflicts within the organization, you may ultimately need to encourage these employees to resign. However, it is essential to first engage in discussions with them and provide coaching to improve their attitude towards work and enhance their skills. Yet, there may be managers and HR personnel who feel at a loss about what to do if, despite their earnest guidance, no improvement occurs.
In this seminar, the first part will feature a human resources education consultant who will explain effective responses to awaken problematic employees, incorporating workshops. In the second part, a lawyer with expertise in HR matters will provide a straightforward explanation of legal responses to employees who still do not improve, using case studies.
