[Key Lecture Content]
By 2026, the utilization of AI and investment in AI by companies is accelerating more than ever. With technological advancements and the expansion of application scenarios such as agent AI and physical AI, how to leverage AI to maintain and enhance competitiveness has become a corporate challenge. When companies promote the utilization of AI, risk analysis becomes crucial to understand what responsibilities they may bear if third parties suffer damages as a result of that utilization.
In April 2026, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry published the "Guidelines on the Application and Interpretation of Civil Liability in AI Utilization [Version 1.0]." This seminar will outline these guidelines, which are important materials for conducting risk analysis regarding the utilization of AI by companies, while also discussing the perspective of building AI governance within organizations.
[Lecture Items]

2. Responsibility judgments regarding "Assistive/Supportive AI"
3. Responsibility judgments regarding "Dependent/Substitutive AI"
