Season 3 [Fusion] Chapter 1: "Making and Breaking" Becomes a Thing of the Past, True Synchronization of CAE and CAD
T3Japan
The "disconnection between CAD (design) and CAE (analysis)" is a challenge in many design environments. The damage to surfaces and the loss of history and material property information caused by intermediate file (STEP/IGES) conversion were the reasons for rework and significant time loss. ThinkDesign achieves "bidirectional seamless integration (Parametric & Material Associativity)" with advanced CAE systems such as Ansys. It directly synchronizes dimensional parameters and deformation definitions of unique functions (GSM) on the CAD side, as well as material property data, to the analysis environment without going through intermediate files. By simply changing the values on the CAD side, the mesh and boundary conditions automatically follow, dramatically speeding up the trial-and-error loop. CAE, which was previously a "post-verification" stage, evolves into a "tool that guides thinking in the early stages of design," balancing quality improvement and shortening development time.

Nice to meet you, I'm Takachan, working in sales (which is more like a pre-sales role) at ThinkDesign. Usually, I listen to clients' desires for "the kind of service they want to create" and bridge the gap to turn those into a "concrete blueprint" that engineers and designers can follow without hesitation.
