From the perspective of achieving simultaneous decarbonization policies, stable energy supply, and reduced energy costs, what will happen to coal prices after the summer of 2026? The potential of high-efficiency coal-fired power generation in Japan, including USC (Ultra-Supercritical Coal Power Generation) and IGCC (Integrated Coal Gasification Combined Cycle), as well as the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions through the co-firing of ammonia in coal-fired power generation. This lecture will clearly and thoroughly explain the business opportunities for Japanese companies involved in coal-fired power generation, considering long-term coal-fired power generation in Asia and the Trump administration's focus on the coal industry.
