[Key Lecture Content]
As the labor population decreases, many companies face the significant challenge of maximizing the potential of senior talent after re-employment.
In light of the "Revised Act on Stabilization of Employment of Older Persons" and the new "Basic Policy for Employment Stabilization Measures for Older Persons" announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in 2026 (aiming for a 40% implementation rate of employment security measures for those up to 70 years old), as well as the "Guidelines for Preventing Labor Accidents Among Older Workers," we will delve into the benefits of utilizing senior talent and the current issues surrounding their employment, based on real examples from years of consulting experience and unique research data. Furthermore, we will explain specific system designs to support the active participation of senior talent and strategies for supporting their engagement through training programs, along with successful case studies.
