The introduction of cyclone mills into the tea industry is progressing.
The introduction of the air flow micro-pulverizer cyclone mill into the tea industry began in 2005, and by 2024, more than 40 units have been installed. However, due to the recent boom in matcha, it is expected that in 2025, the number of installations will double compared to the previous year, and in 2026, it will exceed that, with 62 units operating in the tea industry. Additionally, there is a demand for increased processing capacity, and large machines capable of processing 100 to 300 kg per hour have also started to be introduced.
