We are importing and selling the cutting processed special bars from KEMPER Corporation in Germany.
EBC Corporation imports and sells KEMPER's (headquartered in Orp, Germany) cut processed special shapes.
Special shapes consist of thick and thin plate sections, characterized by steps and unevenness in their cross-section. Among them, KEMPER's cut processed special shapes have less metal structure deformation compared to those processed by rolling, resulting in very stable mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy. Additionally, since internal stress does not affect the shape during stamping processing, ease of secondary processing is a significant feature.
■ Features
- Compared to rolled special shapes, mechanical properties are uniform with extremely low variation between lots.
- High-precision profiles (capable of μm-level dimensional tolerances) are achieved through cutting processing.
- Excellent shape reproducibility even with high conductivity materials and high spring materials.
- Capable of accommodating a variety of special cross-sectional shapes.
- Small lot production is possible without the need for new molds, offering excellent cost-effectiveness.
Our company imports and sells overseas non-ferrous materials (copper plates, copper bars, copper foils). In addition to pure copper materials, we also handle copper alloys (such as phosphor bronze, brass, and Corson alloys) and aluminum-based materials, enabling high-precision cutting for special processing of non-ferrous metals, which are generally considered difficult to process.
