● What is a packaging container air leak test device? It is a leak testing device that identifies the peeling, tearing, and presence of pinholes in packaging containers for pharmaceuticals and other products, conducting a Container Closure Integrity Test (CCIT). It can be applied to a wide variety of packaging containers, including flexible packaging, bottle containers, and glass containers, primarily in pharmaceutical packaging. The measurement method employs the <sealed chamber method (pressure change leak testing method 1)>. A sample is placed in the chamber, and by applying pressure or vacuum and measuring the pressure change within the chamber, quantitative inspection is performed. It can be used in various scenarios, including offline manufacturing, inline manufacturing, CMC laboratories, quality control laboratories, and stability testing. * The containers subject to inspection are referred to as "work" or "samples." Here, specific samples are referred to as "samples" to differentiate the terminology.

The pinhole inspection for packaging engineering is fully automated, eliminating packaging defects based on certain quality standards. The judgment results and operational status can be managed via a monitor screen. - Quantitative management of quality standards for the pinhole inspection process - Ensuring the quality of the product's shelf life - Establishing evaluation criteria for the manufacturing process, achieving quantitative quality assurance - Slim and space-saving design that can be connected to existing production lines - Quick changeover for product variety switching can be handled in a short time by exchanging chambers - Fully domestically produced, allowing for rapid maintenance and troubleshooting - Example target works: pillow packaging, packaged rice (packaged cooked rice), etc. *Please consult us regarding the use of this product for pharmaceuticals.

This is a pseudo-defect (reference test piece) that specifies the hole diameter and hole length. It can be used in pressure change leakage testing methods and liquid immersion testing methods. It can be utilized for standard setting and validity evaluation using positive controls (defective product samples). ● Evaluation of packaging integrity in accordance with JP18 ● Setting of "maximum allowable leakage limit" ● Testing for the intrusion of water vapor, oxygen, and microorganisms ● Quantification from qualitative testing methods (converting current leakage standards to hole diameter)

Hotron Inc. has launched its new product, the "Vehicle Count Sensor CCS3"! This product is a ceiling-mounted sensor that combines infrared and radar technology. It reliably detects vehicles in both directions with a single unit, accommodating traffic during congestion and vehicle passing, thus achieving efficient occupancy management in large parking lots. Additionally, it can be utilized for exit warning purposes in addition to vehicle counting, contributing to the safe and smooth operation of parking facilities. 'Features' - Improved detection performance against changes in road surface during rainy weather by using both infrared and radar. - Equipped with IP67 waterproof and dustproof performance, making it effective even in salt damage areas. - Various settings can be configured from a dedicated app (for Android devices), with current settings easily understandable at a glance. - The base dimensions are the same as the previous model "CCS2," allowing for smooth replacement of existing equipment. *For more details, please refer to the product information, catalog download, or contact us.*

CLT, which has been utilized in the field of architecture, is now expanding its possibilities into civil engineering sites. The "Hyper CLT Mats" are wooden lightweight mats that utilize CLT. They can be used as wooden mats for temporary roads, access routes, heavy machinery work yards, and material storage areas, providing an alternative to traditional steel plates on site. The 5×10 version weighs approximately 230 kg, making it relatively lightweight and easy to install, remove, and relocate. Additionally, it offers environmental benefits such as reducing glare and metallic sounds, as well as CO2 fixation, thanks to its wooden composition. Moreover, the Hyper CLT Mats are registered under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's NETIS technology "TH-250021-A," making them eligible for proposals in the use of new technologies in public works. Transforming CLT from "building material" to "civil engineering material," it is expanding the new possibilities of civil engineering CLT in the form of wooden lightweight mats.
