The introduction of Mojitori significantly reduces the workload and errors associated with the registration of large amounts of information.

◆Background In our company's Information Systems Department, we register serial numbers and MAC addresses in the device management table when procuring new PCs. However, due to the significant impact of input errors, careful handling has been required. Until now, we managed this with manual input for around 20 devices at most, but with a simultaneous replacement project for approximately 300 PCs, it became clear that the workload and risk of human error with the traditional method had reached an impractical level. Therefore, we decided to implement Mojitori to improve the situation. ◆Challenges - The risk of human error is high due to manual input, and the labor involved in careful entry is significant. - A sudden increase in workload necessitated a review of work efficiency. ◆Solution - By introducing Mojitori, we established a system that allows for the registration of device information through photo capture and automatic input. ◆Effects of Implementation - Automatic input reduced the chances of misreading and input errors. - Simply photographing the labels attached to the boxes reduced both the workload and psychological burden. - A team of five completed the registration of PC information for 300 units in about 1.5 to 2 hours. *For more details, please download the materials from the URL and contact us.*

The introduction of Mojitori enables accurate aircraft management to be depersonalized.

♦Background At Daiohs Shikoku Co., Ltd., field personnel reported serial numbers and installation information attached to the equipment via chat and later transcribed this information into an Excel ledger after returning to the office. However, frequent errors due to manual input and missed reports were common. This led to difficulties for the management department in retrieving information later, as well as challenges in accurately grasping the number and types of installations. In light of this background, they were considering an operation to photograph serial numbers and automatically input them into kintone to improve operational efficiency and ensure accurate information management. ♦Challenges - There were occurrences of missed reports and input errors regarding serial numbers and installation information, resulting in inadequate equipment management. - The work was overly reliant on specific individuals and lacked standardization. ♦Solution - By introducing Mojitori, a system was established that allows for equipment management reporting through photo capture and automatic input. ♦Effects of Implementation - Input errors were reduced, achieving accurate equipment management. - A unified operational system was established across the company, reducing reliance on specific individuals. - The overall work time for the company was reduced by 160 hours per month. - The workload of receiving and disposal reporting, which had been concentrated in the management department, was distributed to the field, alleviating the burden on the management department. *For more details, please download the materials from the URL and contact us.*

Automatically read step counts from images and reduce transcription work.

♦Background Our company has implemented a program that allows employees to earn rewards based on their average steps per month to promote health. Each month, participants in the program copy the step count screen from their personal healthcare apps, convert it into an image, and register it as evidence in the kintone app. However, since the person in charge visually assesses the results from images of step count screens that differ in format across various apps, it has required about four hours of labor each month. ♦Challenges - The step count screens that serve as evidence vary by individual. - There is a risk of oversight in verification since the person in charge checks visually. - The monthly burden on the person in charge is significant. ♦Solution - Introduced Mojitori. - Reviewed the app's structure to make it easier to apply. ♦Effects of Implementation - Since it can read different screens, we were able to improve operations without significantly changing the current process. - Automatic input has helped prevent human errors. - Reduced labor by 50 hours annually.

The digitization of business card information has shifted from personal management to departmental management, resulting in an 80% reduction in operational costs.

♦Background At IP Power Systems Co., Ltd., employees and executives were individually managing paper business cards, leading to time-consuming searches for cards and potential information leakage risks due to loss. There were also concerns about insufficient sharing of customer information during handovers. They tried other business card management services, but found them to be multifunctional and not suitable for their operations, so they were looking for a way to share business card information within their existing kintone environment. ♦Challenges - Business cards were managed individually, so information was not shared. - There was a risk of potential information leakage due to loss in business card management. ♦Solution - By implementing Mojitori, the digitization of business card information and the efficiency of management were achieved. ♦Effects of Implementation - Business card information is now centrally managed by department, allowing for smoother handovers and information sharing. - Business card information can now be accessed from outside locations. - Additionally, operational costs were reduced by 80%. *For more details, please download the materials from the URL and contact us.*

Achieving reduced human error risk and improved traceability through digitization from paper-based management.

♦Background At ISS Yamazaki Machinery, we are engaged in the task of cutting rod-shaped steel materials to lengths suitable for forging in our factory. In the process of cutting steel materials, we used to manually check information such as material type, diameter, and charge number (manufacturing number) visually, and manage it on paper cutting instruction sheets. Following incidents of non-conformance due to misidentification of steel material information on-site, we have been advancing business reforms aimed at supplementing visual checks and improving traceability. ♦Challenges - Misconceptions and misidentifications due to visual checks - Difficulty in investigating causes when foreign materials are mixed or non-conformances occur ♦Solution - Implemented a non-visual check function using kintone × Mojitori ♦Effects of Implementation - Supplemented visual check omissions through photo capture and automatic input - Strengthened evidence through photographic records and improved traceability - Expanded to other departments and factories, currently utilized in various operations

Connectors exist in very large numbers in the world. It is very difficult for customers to find connectors that match their specific applications from among them. The "Product Finder" on the ODU website serves as a tool to help find the right connector products. You can search for the optimal connector from various approaches, such as matching it to your cable, electrical specifications, waterproofing, etc. The connectors you search for will provide information on electrical specifications, durability, and also CAD data.
