Introducing the shape engraving electrical discharge machining by Hanshin Seiko Co., Ltd.
Utilizing the shape of dedicated electrodes, we process difficult-to-cut features such as blind holes, narrow and deep grooves, small corner radii, and complex concave shapes. We also welcome inquiries for mold inserts, precision machine parts, splines for shaft inner diameters, and additional processing for existing components.
We accommodate conductive materials such as mold steels like SKD11 and SKD61, carbide, stainless steel, as well as aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, Inconel, and Hastelloy. The dimensions and precision that can be processed vary depending on the material, electrode shape, processing depth, and equipment used, so we will provide guidance after reviewing your drawings or CAD data.
On our service page, we showcase processing examples such as helical gear shapes in carbide, inner diameter splines for SCM435 shafts, and M1.6 blind screw holes in SUS304.
We accept orders nationwide for single items, prototypes, and small lots. Parts can also be delivered from distant locations via shipping companies. Please consult us for integrated processing from wire cutting, fine hole electrical discharge machining, machining, to polishing.
