From mold-less to mass production, we propose the optimal manufacturing method at the "parts window"!
We will be exhibiting at the "Okayama Technology Exhibition (OTEX) 2026" to be held at Convex Okayama on November 11 (Wednesday) and 12 (Thursday), 2026.
The theme of our exhibition is "The Gateway to Components."
"There is a need for molds in casting," "Small quantities are not cost-effective," "Complex shapes and small parts are difficult," "The range of compatible materials is limited" —
We will propose three casting methods that can be selected according to the product's application, quantity, and production frequency, overturning these fixed notions about casting.
At the venue, in addition to casting technologies that meet a wide range of needs from mold-less small-scale production to continuous mass production, we will also showcase MIM (Metal Injection Molding), 3D printing technology, and consumer products utilizing our own technologies.
From the challenges of parts manufacturing faced by design and development sites to the commercialization of new ideas, we will introduce the diverse manufacturing capabilities unique to Castem.
