A new acrylic type has been added to the IM Release Film (R) (non-silicone type). With a silicone-free formulation achieving a peel strength of 250 mN/25 mm, there are increasing opportunities to consider it as an alternative to fluorosilicone, and it has received positive feedback from many users due to its high performance and cost-effectiveness. This release film (separator) can be used for bonding with silicone adhesives and for electronic material carrier films that dislike silicone.
