We will recycle water and metals through collection and retrieval!

This is a recovery and regeneration system for a cylinder-type ion exchange tower that achieves water recovery and metal recovery in water washing processes. Saturated cylinder-type ion exchange towers are collected at our "Resource Center," and the regenerated cylinders are reused repeatedly by users. Components such as heavy metals adsorbed by the ion exchange resin are sorted and regenerated at the "Resource Center," and metals are sent to Yamamoto Refinery as valuable resources to be reused as raw materials for metals. With the equipment enhancement in April 2010, the "Resource Center" has become even more functional, concentrating and purifying chromic acid leachate to the recovery standard for re-resourcing using a chromic acid recovery device. Additionally, copper and nickel, which were traditionally turned into sludge and re-resourced at Yamamoto Refinery, are now recovered as metal foil using a roll-type electrolysis device, achieving improved resource recovery efficiency and reduced waste volume.

No large-scale construction or extensive installation space is required. Moreover, it is safe and convenient because it involves collection and recycling. ● By simply setting it in the final rinsing tank of each plating process, it enables water circulation from the day it is installed and contributes to the recycling of valuable metals in separated sludge. ● The cylinder capacity can be selected from 25L, 50L, 100L, or 200L to match the scale of the line. ● There is no need for complicated valve operations, making handling and maintenance extremely easy. ● Saturated cylinders are recycled at our "Resource Recovery Center" and can be reused repeatedly.

Industry's first! Pickup cleaning type MF membrane module

This is a compact MF membrane filtration device using cartridge-type high-performance MF membrane modules. The filtration and chemical cleaning operations have been separated into function-specific units.

We will be exhibiting at the "1st Semiconductor Industry Exhibition" to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from June 10 (Wednesday) to June 12 (Friday), 2026. At this exhibition, we will showcase our insert machines and present our proposals to everyone.

Nitto Kohki will exhibit at the "30th Mechanical Components Technology Exhibition [Tokyo]" held at Makuhari Messe Hall 5 from July 9 (Wednesday) to July 11 (Friday). [Booth Number: Hall 5 31-32] At this exhibition, we will showcase a variety of products, including the electric suction hand "e-VEE" with a built-in pump that does not require compressed air, a cordless belt sander, the electric driver "Delvo" that can be mounted on robots, and the "Flow Monitor" that allows for easy visualization of the flow of cooling water in molds and other applications.

Nitto Kohki will be exhibiting at the "Data Center EXPO" held at Makuhari Messe Hall 1 from Wednesday, October 23 to Friday, October 25. [Booth Number: A6-23] At this exhibition, we will showcase the "Compact Zero Spill Coupler," which is specifically designed for data centers, including supercomputers. We will also present the "Blind Mate Type," a fitting exclusively for server cooling piping, as a reference exhibit.

Nitto Kohki will exhibit at the "22nd H₂ & FC EXPO Autumn International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Exhibition" held at Makuhari Messe Hall 8 from October 2 (Wednesday) to October 4 (Friday). [Booth Number: E22-14] The rapid fluid connector "Coupler" is a product that allows for quick connection and disconnection of piping for various fluids such as air, water, oil, and chemical solutions. At this exhibition, we will primarily showcase the high-pressure hydrogen filling rapid fluid connector "HHV Coupler."
